Find businesses that need you. Prove it in four minutes.

Search any local market for businesses with no website, a neglected one, or thin proof online. Then hand them a scored assessment of exactly what it is costing them, with your logo on it. Built for anyone selling to local businesses: websites, SEO, Google Ads, reviews, or AI automation.

Top issue. No visible credentials, no mention of being licensed, insured, bonded, or certified anywhere across 14 crawled pages.

Three steps, and you are on the phone.

The hard part of selling to local businesses was never the report. It was finding someone worth writing one for.

  1. 1

    Find who is worth calling

Search by trade and area. Every business comes back scored on how much there is to sell: a busy trade with no website ranks highest, a well-reviewed one with a sharp site ranks lowest, and each score shows its reasoning.

  2. 2

    Prove the problem

One click assesses their site against 38 weighted checks across six categories. Every finding carries the exact thing we measured (the matched text, the URL, the count), so it holds when someone pushes back.

  3. 3

    Walk in holding the answer

A branded PDF with your logo, a shareable client link, and an AI build brief that turns the findings into a paste-ready spec for the rebuild you are selling.

Inside the app

Lead Finder

Search a local market by trade and suburb. Filter to businesses with no website at all, cap the review count to find the ones still building a reputation, and set a minimum rating so you are pitching businesses that actually deliver. Save the ones worth calling and pull their published email address.

The assessment

Six categories weighted by what actually produces enquiries: trust and conversion carry more than half the score, because a fast site nobody trusts still does not ring the phone. Where a check cannot run, the report says so instead of guessing.

Your brand, not ours

Logo, favicon, two brand colours, booking link, and contact details on every report and PDF. From the Pro plan you can remove our name entirely, so the prospect has no idea which tool produced it.

The lead-capture widget

One script tag puts the scanner on your own website. Visitors enter their address, leave an email, and see their score and top three issues, never the fixes. Those are what they call you about. Available from the Pro plan, and with our credit line removed on Agency.

The PDF they keep, with your name on every page.

Real pages from a real report, branded for a sample agency. The client copy shows what is wrong and what it costs, never how to fix it. That part is the work you sell.

16pages in this one, from a single scan. Your own copy keeps every fix and call note.

Not just for web designers.

Tell it what you sell and the same scan leads with the section that sells it. Scores never change with the angle, so a 62 means the same thing on every report.

A finding you can't defend is worse than no finding.

Every finding shows its working

We quote the matched text, the URL, and the count behind each result. When a prospect says “that's not true”, you open the evidence section and it is.

We say when we could not measure

Where a check cannot run, the report says so and scores it neutrally. Nothing is invented to fill a slot, which is why the rest of the numbers get believed.

Real mobile speed, not a guess

Every scan pulls Google PageSpeed Insights for mobile and desktop: performance, LCP, CLS, INP. Measured, and arguable with Google rather than with you.

The build brief refuses to invent proof

Asked to improve trust signals, an AI builder will happily write “Licensed and insured, 500+ five-star reviews” for a business that is neither. Ours forbids it and returns marked placeholders instead.

Questions worth asking first

Do I need my own list of prospects?
No. Lead Finder searches any local market for you and scores what it finds. Bring a list if you have one (bulk CSV upload is on the Agency plan).
Is it only for web designers?
No. Pick what you sell when you scan: websites and SEO, reviews, social media, Google Ads, or AI and automation. The same scan leads with the section that sells your service, and the call notes are written for it.
How long does a scan take?
Two to four minutes for a full site. The report updates live while it runs.
Can the prospect tell it came from a tool?
Not on Pro or Agency. Your logo, colours, and contact details replace ours everywhere, and on Agency our name never appears.
What if a site blocks the scan?
It fails honestly and the scan credit is returned. We would rather tell you a site could not be read than invent a score for it.
